The unfortunate thing is that with age comes its attendant problems.
As men age, the natural ability to produce the male hormone decreases. This also creates the risk of the prostate growing to cause BPH( Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy) and increased risk of prostate cancer.
These risks can progress throughout the aging process, often beginning at age 40. Nevertheless, the risk of dying from cancer reduces at age 80.
Research has shown that over 88% of men age 80 and above have prostate cancer, but they remain dormant. Meaning that is not what will kill them.
For improved health with aging,
1. Eat appropriately nutritional natural products in moderation.
2. Keep yourself well and adequately hydrated.
3. Avoid and or Stop smoking and excessive drinking.
4. Develop a safe, purposeful daily exercise regimen.
5. Get an annual medical exam once a year to know your health status and to screen for diseases caused by habits or inheritance.
6. Surround yourself with happy and pleasant people: It helps reduce undue stress.
7. Maintain a healthy mental health status by learning to forgive and let go of trivial matters.
8. Seek a life of contentment, mentor,, and strive to build a legacy by giving back. It helps increase your brain and blood Oxytocin. The hormone that creates a happy state.
9. Never abuse the things that give you pleasure.
These strategies are not difficult to achieve. Adopt them as a lifestyle to become part of you.
You will live a long prosperous life and GOD permits.
